How to unsubscribe from word of the day?

I want to temporarily unsubscribe from the Word of the Day email. Can anyone tell me how to do it?

At the bottom of the daily email, there is a link for "Remove me from the Japanesepod101.com mailing list", but that sounds all encompassing. I just don't want to get the word of the day email for the time being. Can anyone fill me in on how to do this?

Unsubscribe using the link. Then re-subscribe later.
It's not common for email newsletters to have a "pause button".

You can unsubscribe from the Word of the Day mailing list by unchecking the box here:
http://www.japanesepod101.com/member/subscriptions.php

You might see what looks like an error when you hit submit (we're working on fixing it up), but the changes should go through. Please wait a couple of days and let us know if it doesn't.
