Danika Aquila?

I think Danika is ダネカ based on pronounciation, it's Dah-ni (as in knit!) -ka.... so that would be the closest? (Maybe? lol I have no idea)
Aquila is pronounced A (as in Abird) - quill - a

Wow, my pronunciation guides are so bad! :D Oh well hopefully it's okay to figure out.

My name is Michael Tuchman pronounced as tuck+man

How should I introduce myself? If I do
ツクマんです

is that even correct? How do I know I'm choosing the right Japanese vowelization for my name? What if I am inadvertently saying something obscene or insulting if my name combines wrong with other words that follow?

Finally, do the Japanese automatically compensate for word order (and flip it "back") when I, a 外人、say my name, or will they know that since I am speaking Japanese that I'm already giving my family name first?

maikeru takkuman. search the katakana online. If your name is not Japanese, introducing your name with the first name preceding your last name would be acceptable. It's understood. :)

私はAllan Campbell です

In Japanese I’m guessing that would be – あらん かんぶる?

Based on the names Joe Mourinho (ジョゼ・モリーニョ) and Heitor Villa-Lobos (エイトル・ヴィラ=ロボス), I'd say ジョゼ・ヴィラロボス.

Hmm, Here is a complex question:

I have two names, an English name and a Chinese Name.

My English name would be : Clement Wee

And I suppose that would be romanized to "keriemonate wai"

My Chinese name, romanized, is: Huang Hong En.

May I know:

(1) should I learn the Kanji pronounciations for the chinese characters in my name, or would I be fine just japanizing the romanized pronunciation? Or is there some other way of pronouncing Chinese names?

(2) How would I say "My name is [] in English and [] in Chinese"?

Regards.

Clement Wee = クレメント・ウィー

You can use the kanji for your Chinese name to write it if you have them, but either way you'd just katakana-ise the Chinese pronunciation. Something like ホアン・ホン・エン (not sure to be honest).
