What does these kanjis mean?

I just wanted to ask a quick question, as i just can't find what this mean.

I painted marked the area with 3 kanji. Could someone please tell me what the whole thing mean? And i would be happy if you could tell me the meaning and writing of all the 3 of them.

Thanks a thousand of times for these that help me with this, it appear the whole time in this game (the game is "subarashiki kono sekai on the DS if someone wonder).
