Homework Planner

Postby caitsith » July 28th, 2015 2:13 pm

Hi everyone!

I just got a Japanese homework planner for my daughter for school. I'm having a lot of fun translating it, but I ran into a word I didn't know how to translate directly into English. Since the planner is mainly for younger kids, it doesn't have kanji so it's all in hiragana/katakana. the word is じかいのもちもの.I THINK the correct kanji is 次回の持ち物 though I'm not sure, and I believe it literally translates into next belongings. Can anyone give me a good translation for this word? Thanks so much!

I don't really know, but I suspect it means "things you need to bring/take/have with you for next time".
