How do you delete your account in japanese pod 101?

I have a question! I'm curious to know why you guys want to delete your JP101 account? Your giving up your Japanese studies here at JP101? I will be really ashamed of myself to quit because I don't have time or whatever! JP101 is the best website for learning Japanese so if I were in your shoes I should consider it carefully. :ooen:

When did you send your e-mail? I know they get back to everyone with these kind of account issues, but sometimes it takes a few days due to the volume of e-mail received, so if it was sent recently, please wait a little while longer. If you still do not hear anything, please try e-mailing again or posting here.

I'm pretty sure it's called a "lifetime account" for a reason. You can't delete it, but I do think you could get refunds if you had Basic/Premium going on. Besides, it would be so cumbersome if you deleted your account and then wanted it later...

You won't be charged anything just by signing up to our site - only if you purchase a Basic or Premium subscription. If you don't want to use your account anymore, you don't have to do anything.
If you would still like to have your account deleted, however, please e-mail us at and include your username and e-mail address you used to register.
