I've been using Sasuga for a while now. Mrs. Yahara often responded to my emails when I had questions or problems. While I didn't know her beyond that, she was always very curteous and quick to help. As shocked and saddened as I am to hear this, her family and friends must be going thru much worse. My thoughts and prayers go out to them. Feel free to use this thread to do the same if you'd like.
