GT5 Prologue for PS3 question

Can somebody please check the translation of this video from an interview with Kazunori Yamauchi, the creator of the Gran Turismo series of games, and see if he actually says if this game is coming to the US. It is in the subtitles, but seems out of context, and everybody is going on this interview trying to decide whether to wait for a US release, or buy the Japanese version. The interview it's very difficult to understand with all that translation, it's too fast for me but I think it's coming out on next year.

I also have a PS3 and I want to buy Gran Turismo 5 too so if anyone else knows more than us then please speak now!
