How long have you been studying Japanese?

About thirteen months for me. I started off slow with one lesson a day, that then increased to an hour a day, then to an hour a day plus an hour of Rosetta Stone... and so on until it became the full time obsession that it is now. I still feel that my skills are primitive but hopefully they get a little bit better every day.
