Cannot use podcast slider when using Opera 9.01

I am unable to use the fast forward mechanism or navigating a podcast when using the embedded flash player on japansesepod101.com.

I am using Flash Player 8.0 and Opera 9.01 on Windows XP. It doesn't even work with IE, getting some message "click to activate ActiveX-object"
