Browser Problems

Just started using JP and having problems with the audio. I am using windows 7.

Chrome:
Audio works but can not use controls slider and fast forward. Selecting them restarts the audio.

Explorer 11:
No audio but video works ok. Sliders and ff work

Please try to log out, clean the cache and cookies and to log in again.
This should solve the issue. If it doesn't, please directly contact us by mail specifying that you have already tried these steps and mentioning your user name and the device you are using.
