Finding members on the member list is too hard!!

Hi, JPOD people,
Is there any chance you could set up a "Search" for the Member Lists? Categories could be the same: Username/Date Joined/Location, etc.

I am having so much trouble finding people that I want to send PM to!! I know the tricks about changing the numbers in the URL bar, but I have spent so much time searching and searching. Now that you have so many registered, it's harder and harder.

I'm sure there's a phpBB modification out there somewhere to make memberlist browsing easier. We'll just have to find it.
