Can I download all earlier lessons in bulk

Hi there
I have a basic account. I am trying to get all the earlier lessons on to my ipod as podcasts. it seems that i can only download one by one from the download center webpage..
Q1.. is there an ftp or a way to download all earlier files..?

Q2.. how do I make the files downloaded from your download center website appear on my ipod as a "PODCAST" and not appear in the music menu??

okay I'm new to this podcast thing.. but I have worked out how to get the lessons on to my ipod as podcasts and not as files in the music menu..
however there seems to be no mention of how to do this in the emailed instructions or on this site, for us real beginners to podcasts it would have saved me a lot of mucking around and wasted download time..
