iTunes basic feed username problem

Hello, I have recently subscribed to a basic subscription so that I could gain access to the basic feed but my username has a space in it which means I can't login to the iTunes basic feed.

How can I change this space in my username to an underscore?

Hi I had the same problem. I received the following email reply.

Please send name fixing requests to: [email:jft6lpd8]support@japanesepod101.com[/email:jft6lpd8] They'll get seen a lot faster that way.
