Can't portforward

I'm using a megabit gear router TE 4121C. I'm trying to open a port but can't because the site is in Japanese. Any suggestions?

You could look for 語 and maybe stumble upon the option to change languages. You could also use Rikaichan to translate the kanji and katakana and fumble around until you find the setting. This advice sucks, but I bet someone here will do better than me.
