I'm having trouble viewing the videos with my mac

I can't watch the videos! Can anybody give me any pointers? It is very shaky and always stops. I tried decreasing the speed of the download. I tried it in a couple ways, and it is the same--but it's not just on this website because I tried a video from somewhere else and it was the same thing.

I'm new to this, so any help would be great!

I assume you are clicking on the link and trying to watch the video as it downloads. Problems with videos hesitating or stopping are usually caused by the download not going fast enough. The answer is to download the file first and then watch it, when the entire file has downloaded to your computer.

Try holding down the 'ctrl' key when you click the link to the video, which will bring up a menu. Select 'Save linked file to the desktop'. When the download is complete, double click on the file, which has appeared on the desktop.
