Can't subscribe to premium feed

I recently created an account and am testing premium features with my 7 day free access. I am unable to subscribe to either basic or premium rrs feeds, this is a feature I am interested in and do not want to pay for a membership if it doesn't work. I am using an android phone and the BeyondPod app to connect with my username and password and I am getting unmotorized access messages, please help.
