Ultimate Getting Started Software Pack issue

Hi everyone,

Just joined japanesepod101,after the activation i got to the "Ultimate Getting Started Software Pack" offer page.
While i was in this page trying to decide if paying the $1 i got an email "Sorry, I think we lost you"
that was saying

"We noticed you tried to sign up for a
subscription, but due to a technical glitch on our
side we seemed to have lost you. "
and had a promo code attached.

I decided to pay the $1 for the started software pack and i received two email "JapanesePod101.com Subscription Confirmation".
The first:Premium - 1 Month Subscription $25.00 Total: 1$
The second: Ultimate Getting Started Software Pack $9.99 Total: 0$

But i haven't received a mail containing download links.
Should i receive a mail or,with the started software pack,i unlocked some site feature that was locked?
