Upgraded to "Real" Premium, still can't access PDFs

I understood that with the one week trial I could only download 10 PDF files and then would be stopped. I was not surprised when trying to DL those from my Premium feed failed. I went ahead and paid for my upgrade for the full month, but even creating a new Premium feed I am still getting an error when I try to DL any PDF files through my Premium Feed. Emailed the support account a couple days ago, but still no answer.
