Premium Plus subscription question

i was looking at the subscriptions and saw the premium plus subscription (which i wasn't aware of because i only found this site a few days ago), and i'm trying to decide if it's worth it. I live in the US, so i know that there is a major time difference in the two countries, but i also want to quicken the pace of my learning. So really my questions are:

1) Is it worth the 16 bucks extra per month?
2) Is the teacher you get available on in your timezone? As in do they have teachers that would be 9-5 in PST rather than 9-5 JST? That question may not be worded right, but i think you can understand my question.

Thanks for inquiring about Premium Plus.

We have teachers in different timezones who do the initial assessment, but the actual tutoring is done by our teachers here in Japan.
The lesson times are (in JST) Monday at 7 pm, Wednesdays at 5 pm, and Fridays at 4 pm.
