Playing a season podcast in order

Hi. I've found that when I download the Premium Feed or My Feed the files in the podcast are in reverse order (from newest to oldest). This is a problem for someone like me who doesn't just want to listen to the newest lessons. For example, I'd like to start on Newbie Season 1, Lesson 1 and work my way up. If you try to sort them in iTunes by date, then the lessons are in the right order, but the individual tracks within the lessons are in reverse order (first Dialog, then Review, then Audio). I know you can add tracks into a playlist in order, but that gets very tedious with this number of tracks. Is there an easy way to get old seasons in order? Thanks.
