Having a problem with the basic subscription feed

Postby dleirer7322 » February 14th, 2010 4:44 am

Hi,
I recently got Basic Subscription, and I was hoping to download some of the basic lessons on my Ipod, but I cant seem to get the Basic Feed to work.

When I click on Basic feed it does open my iTunes, using the following url

But It doesn't ask me to put my Username and Password in and I cant seem to figure out how to do it.

Im am still on the free 7 day trial, and only subscribed earlier today to Basic. Is it possible that there is a conflict or something? Does it maybe take a while for Basic subscription to kick in so to speak?

I'm probably missing something incredibly obvious here, but any Help would be appreciated.

Hello Dan,

Sorry you're having trouble with this, though you don't seem to be the only one. What I suggest is that you right click on the podcast in iTunes and choose 'Update Podcast." This is should get your Basic Feed to work.

Should you have any other concerns, don't hesitate to contact me at

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work for me! :?

Not sure what to do with this now...

OH well guess I will just wait and see if it gets resolved,
dont really have any ideas left.

Regards

Dan
