Want to upgrade...

I want to upgrade, and I entered my CC info. The message came back. "Thanks, you made a good choice" or something to that effect.
However, I received no confirmation email, and my account did not upgrade. I also sent a message to "Contact us" and did not get a reply. Can you help me?

Thanks for posting! Are you by any chance using a hotmail or sbcglobal e-mail address? We often have trouble sending e-mails to those types of accounts, which results in people not receiving the confirmation e-mails. How long ago did you e-mail contactus? They should have gotten back to you but sometimes it takes a few days due to the volume of e-mail we receive. If you let me know what e-mail address you used I can check to see if we got your e-mail.
