Mojibake problem when replying to a topic in the forum

When I try to reply to a post on the forum, the Japanese characters typed in the post I am replying to are garbled in the "reply screen" that is displayed after I hit the reply button. Its strange because otherwise I have not seen any problem with displaying JP101 pages on my browser (Firefox 3.5.3 running on WinXP). The encoding selected is Unicode. Any advice?

I've also always had this problem as well, but wasn't sure if there was any way to fix it. Can anyone see Japanese characters displayed in the reply screen?
