When trying to check video nº 18 i get this message:
"Access to this membership area is not allowed. Please go to "Membership information page" to renew or add subscription"
in the free content area.
What's worst, i'm have an active basic account, which, of course, I paid.
Second issue. It's been happening for a while.
Lesson .pdf are blank. I only see the red circles and table borders.
If it's you guys, plesae fix it. If it's me, tell me what to do.
