Issue with getting the audio files to my ipod.

Hi, I'm having some trouble acquiring the audio lessons and placing them in my iPod. The first step on the website says to unzip the folder and placing it in your "notes" section on your iPod. But when I open iTunes with my iPod connected to it, that is no where to be found. So I have no clue where to drag the folder and what to do. Can someone take me through this with more specific instructions than the website gives? Thanks.
