Ideas for extra topics are easy. Go into a major bookstore in Tokyo and take a look at the magazines. The will provide great topics: Technology (please start with ipod's and Macs!), cooking, cars, origami, design, software, woodworking, etc.

Only cover the basics so that it can be handy for everyone.
