Can no Longer Copy & Paste Japanese Text in PDF's

Back in the version 1 days, it used to be possible to highlight the Japanese text in the PDF's with the mouse and copy&paste it. (I'm using OS X)

However, with version 2 it is no longer possible to even highlight the Japanese text in the PDF's. The English text is still possible. So, I suppose you guys used a different method to include the Japanese text in the PDF's.

It would be nice as before to be able to copy&paste Japanese text from the PDF's. Can this be reverted as before?

That's odd. It works fine for me. Which ones did you try?

Just today's lesson: Beginner Lesson #61 - World’s Oldest Woman (Part 1).

I'm using OS X 10.4.6 on a G4 ibook. Neither Safari nor Preview can copy and paste any japanese text.

Thank you so much for pointing this out to us and for posting on the forum. Jonas has been re-working the PDF's and this issue will be corrected with the new version (to be unveilled very very soon).

Has this issue been fixed? It's been about a year since the last post, but I am still unable to do this on any computer (mac or pc).
