Evolutive "My Feed" feeds

I have no idea if this is feasible or not, but what would be great would be if it was possible to add new elements in an already created "My Feed" feed instead of having to create a brand-new one. For example, I have one feed for PDFs (and only PDFs, of all levels) on one of my computer. Whenever there's a new series, or a new season, the PDFs from this new series are not included in the feed. If I want a feed with PDFs from all series including the new ones, the only choice that I know of is creating a brand new feed and deleting the old one... which is rather long and bothersome... Being able to update the subscriptions for one particular feed would be nice....
