I'm Irish =
(watashi wa) Airurandojin desu.
(best to leave out the watashi wa as it should be obvious you're talking about yourself)
(わたし は)アイルランド じん です。
(私は)アイルランド人です。
Orla.
オールラ、Oorura
オーッラ、Oorra
There's a fada on the o isn't there, long vowel?
I think the second one might be best with the glottal stop getting the "rl" combination.
although オーラ Oora might work.
(watashi mo Airurandojin desu. Daburin de umaremashita. Hajimemashite Oorra-san!
Robaato desu. Douzo yoroshiku.)
I was just reminded that on iTunes.jp last week the free download was "The Irish Rover" by a Japanese Irish Band; The Clovers! (Japanese people making Irish music! )
Interesting.
Amuses me in a good way. Like the pictures of St. Patricks day parades in Japan.
