I'm pretty sure this is don't let your pets pee on the bridge.

Let me know if this photo is too big to load quickly on everyone's computers. I'll try to get a smaller size that's still readable.

Looks just fine here. Since the image is under 100k it should be fine for most users...

... part of me wonders if this is directed just at pets...

I believe the first construction is
何々に 何々 が付いてしまう something is stained with something.

おしっこをかける〔何々に〕urinate on, pee on (something)

personally I've found that おしっこ、and うんこ seem much more acceptable in speech (conversation) than their English counterparts. It could just be the people I know!
