Good afternoon,
I'm attending postgrad in Japan this fall, and while my program is in English, I would love to learn Japanese in order to converse during daily life and (possibly) stay here after graduation.
And JPOD101 seems to be a great starting place, much better than my friend's old, well-worn (and battered, hehe) Minna no Hihongo book, at least.
However, I'm a little confused as to how I should learn Japanese with this program.
In so far, I've started JLPT N5 Master Course and finished Hiragana and Katakana. However, I can't imagine just these lessons will be enough to take the N5 test. While the teaching is great, I think I can finish this whole course in couple of days, or weeks. And N5 probably take longer?
My ultimate goal is to get equivalent of N4 by the end of August.
I hope someone who has taken the exam could help me personalize a learning path (for me, and for everyone starting out after) who could successfully pass the test using everything JPOD101 has to offer.
Thank you very much and I hope you have a great day!
