Hello Everyone! I just needed to ask a question, I noticed that some adjectives, like たのしい(tanoshii) and かなしい(Kanashii)、 have the suffix しみ (shimi), Or specifically dropping the い and adding み(mi) like たのしみ(Tanoshimi) and かなしみ (Kanashimi). What effect does adding しみ(shimi) to an adjective have on the meaning of the adjective? Thanks!
