itsudemo VS nanjidemo

Postby xmoonsirenx » February 25th, 2010 9:45 pm

I am a bit confused about these two ''. When is one used over the other and what are their exact meanings? Also can you please be so kind as to tell me which one would be used in each of the following situations. This will help me get a better idea of how they differ.

Let's talk whenever. = ':?:'
Let's talk anytime. = ':?:'
Lets meet at anytime. = ':?:'
Let's meet anytime.= ':?:'

Thank you so much in advance fellow Jpodders :)

I've lived in Japan for 20 years and using nanjidemo is so rare I can't remember ever hearing it. But if someone asked specifically what time would be good? ( なん時 が いい?), you could maybe reply with nanjidemo ii desu yo. But sitll, I think I would say itsodemo ii, just because it seems more natural.
