sorry my katakana for anna is probably wrong but the sentence should get you taken care of I think

I think other ways to express the same idea could be:

KORE WA ANA NO HON DESU. (KANOJO NI)KAESHITE KUREMASENKA?
KONO HON WA ANA NO DESU. KANOJO NI KAESHITE KUDASAI.

「(かのじょに)かえしてもらえませんか?」is slightly less direct.
