I've listened to this episode a few times, and according to my Japanese friends, this phrase; お昼の時間, although grammatically correct, is a strange thing to say to someone. They claim that Japanese people do not say "Lunchtime" but rather simply say; お昼ご飯ですね。 or just ご飯。
