The pluriels (don't know if it's spelled this way)

anata
kare/kanojo

but I heard somewhere you can also say kare tachi and kanojo tachi, is that true?

I believe you can use -tachi on any word that refers to a person. I've heard sensei-tachi, gakusei-tachi, and yeah, kare-tachi, kanojo-tachi. I don't know whether that's correct in the strictest grammatical sense, but that's how it was explained to me in Japan. (I found that Japanese people aren't immune to the hard-to-explain-the-rules-of-your-native-language bug. )

There's also an interesting use where -tachi is added to people's names to refer to the group, sort of like ...and co. For example, Sakura-tachi could mean Sakura and co.
