Notes/Comments page on Ipod

Postby wolfmaster » July 12th, 2007 7:33 am

I hope this is the right forum... I noticed that in the earlier lesson, there are vocabularies written in romanji/hiragana/kanji in the notes section (not talking about the pdf, but the stuff that goes into your ipod), but the later episodes doesn't have them anymore. Alot of times, I don't carry my pdf's with me, (it's a thick binder), and i can't see the kanji/hiragana, and I think it is a very bad habit to read the romanji! (I noticed that intermediate lessons do use hirgana), and the lessons now (beginer), don't even have the vocabulary listed in the ipod... why is that?

Oh, also, when you're reading the notes page on ipod while listening to the lesson, is there a way to keep the page from going back to the main page (i want it to stay on the notes page).

As long as it is a podcast, it seems to be unwilling to stay on the notes page, but if you convert it to an MP3 (right click on it in iTunes, select "Convert to MP3"; it will copy it to your music library as an MP3) you can listen to it as an MP3 and stay on the MP3's notes page.

No idea why this works this way; seems totally counterintuitive.
