watermenさんの勉強の仕方を参考にさせてもらいたくて、聞いてみました!!
I think you understood 90% I said.やるじゃーん!!
My questions were:
1, After downloading PDFs and audios, do you start off listening audio before checking vocabs and grammar points or listening to audios after checking all of them?
2, How long does it take to finish one lesson for you? including listen to an audio, memorizing all vocabs, practicing grammar...etc etc....
3, Do you study Japanese with other material than JP101 or are you taking some Japanese class? Have you been studying Japanese somewhere or doing that kind of thing ever?
あ、あともう一つ。机に向かってPDFなんかを見ている以外、何か頭の中で日本語の復習的な事をしてますか?

Thanks a lot, would you mind to explain to me what does やるじゃーん!! means? I will be so happy if I can learn from a native speaker.
1. For every lesson, I will read the PDF first then listen to the audio. I will do my best to memorize all the vocabularies and understand the grammar in the PDF before listening.
2. How long does it take me to finish a lesson depend on how long the audio is and how difficult the lesson is? For example beginner lesson #51 took me a few hours over a few days because I listen to it more than 10 times before I fully understand it. But lesson #1 only took me as long as the lesson last, because it is not difficult at all. I memorize the vocabs the moment I see it, it doesn't take me too long to memorize. But I will forget at least 20% of it if I squeeze more than 20 lessons in a day. Therefore, I actually slow down my speed now. Jpod101 did a pretty good job in explaining the grammar in the PDF, I understand it the moment I read it. It only takes me less than 5 minutes for each lesson.
3. I use Taekim Japanese Grammar occasionally, Heisig for kanji, occasionally mangolanguages.com for fun. The website I use most frequently is Jim Breen dictionary, I don't think I can survive without his dictionary. I don't have any book yet. I have not studied Japanese before, but I have been chasing after a couple of animes..Naruto and Meitante Konan.
机に向かってPDFなんかを見ている以外、何か頭の中で日本語の復習的な事をしてますか? I don't quite understand this question. Do you mean other than facing the PDF on my desk, what else do I think in my head about revising Japanese?
My goal is to be able to read and listen to Japanese. I want to be able to read Japanese scientific journal and newspaper. I want to be able to listen to NHK and anime without subtitles. Writing and speaking is not my priorities, since I have no intention to live in Japan anytime soon.
