In this case, she contracted Vte inai to Vte nai (negative form of Vte iru)
sorera no eiga wa mite inai －＞ sorera no eiga wa mitenai
それらの映画は見ていない　 －＞　それらの映画は見てない

I think 見ていない has the nuance of... I (still) haven't seen (those movies) yet (but might see them in the future).

Since it's the movies you wanted to talk about, they get the topic marker, unless you wanted to draw attention to the fact that you, yourself, haven't seen those movies.
