I'm stuck on this 恐ルルニ足ラズ
I tried searching in the dictionary but I don't know the ordinary forms
I never seen anything like this before.
Me neither! I think it's possibly over-kanjified, has katakana where it should have hiragana, and uses verb-forms that are either archaic or come from a regional dialect. I think what it says is:-
傷つくことなど恐るるに足らず
Kizutsuku koto nado osoruru ni tarazu
...and I think it means something like "it is not enough to make them fear injury and the like", but that's based on guessing that
tarazu means "it is not enough" and that
osoruru means "to make someone afraid of something".
osoru is an archaic verb meaning "to fear" and I think the "~ruru" verb ending is archaic too, but I'm not at all sure if it's equivalent to "~reru" or "~rareru" (or even something else entirely).
