Mushou san,

つかのまmeans ‘moment, brief time;  brief, transient’.
せいぜいis emphasis.

Examples are
がっかりしたことに、彼の勝利は、つかの間の勝利にすぎなかった。
To my regret, his was nothing but a short-lived triumph.

つかの間の平和の後でまた戦争が起こった。 After a brief peace, war broke out again.

どうも、由紀さん!

Indeed, occasionally I meet some words or phase that can't understand it myself.
This is a new one: :blob:

Mushou san,

konnichiwa.
It’s slang.
超 means ’really, very and extremely’ is often used ‘超高速 really first’ or ’超特急 really express’.
I think 激 is from 刺激 which means ‘stimulation’ or 衝撃 which means ‘shocking’.
レア is the English word ‘rare’.

Putting them together, it means ‘extremely rare thing which stimulates me’.
