How to reply "yes, I have been helped, thank you"

For example at at a clothing store, a salesperson asks "have you been helped?" how do I answer:

1- "yes, someone is already helping me, thank you"
2- "yes thank you, he (she) is already helping me"

In another website I found:

もう頼んであります。ありがとう (I have been helped, thank you)

is this an adequate response? is it considered too formal? any other suggestions?

As a follow up what is the usual response to いかがですか　when used as a greeting, should I reply　はいおかげさまで元気です　or 　はいどうも or what should I reply, this is a friendly older saleswoman who I see often and she's just being nice, so I want to answer something nice back　（like I'm fine thanks, how about you?)

大丈夫です is a common expression for this sort of thing. You can use it to decline if someone asks you if you need a bag or something, too. As for いかがですか, just reply like you would to any greeting. You don't need to match store clerks' level of politeness - it's their job to be polite - so a semi-formal desu/masu style will be friendly enough. 「そちらは？」is a good polite way of saying "and you?"

Color me naive, but I always thought いかがですか in that context meant a street vendor or something was soliciting you to buy something: "Japan's finest takoyaki! 4 for only 100 yen! How about it?" In such a case no response is necessary. (I guess if they get pushy you could always throw out 結構です)

I'm a little surprised it took people (including me) so long to get around to this post! Javizy to the rescue, as usual.

You're right, but it can also mean 「調子はどう?」. mhorie mentioned talking to the female store clerk before, so I assumed there wasn't a misunderstanding. It's kind of funny to imagine someone walking down a street with lots of restaurants at lunch time and replying ［元気です。そちらは？」20 times though
