You might want to decide between kanji and katakana. I went with katakana.

I seriously doubt it would be　ケッリ. I don't think I have ever seen a ッ before any of the ラリルレロ sounds before. Much more likely to be ケリー. Even if you don't think the リ should be extended, all I can do is refer you to pretty much every other English word ending in y or ie that has ever been written in Japanese.
