How would you say "When I lived in Sapporo everyone spoke English to me."
Would it be "札幌に住んでいた私に英語を話した”

札幌に住んでいた時、みんな私に英語で話しかけた。
Sapporo ni sunde ita toki, minna watashi ni eigo de hanashikaketa.
(neutral)

札幌に住んでいた時、みんなに英語で話しかけられた。
Sapporo ni sunde ita toki, minna ni eigo de hanashikakerareta.
(you did not like being spoken to in English)

札幌に住んでいた時、みんなが英語で話してくれた。
Sapporo ni sunde ita toki, minna ga eigo de hanashite kureta.
(you were glad people spoke English)
