Please help!!

Postby Chaos_Knight » March 17th, 2009 3:28 pm

So first, I've tried the 7-days trial out and it's really amazing, thank you very much

The problem now for me is that I'm from the Netherlands and I don't have dollars on my bank account only euros, so what do I have to do, do I need an American bank account or something?

I would be really thankful because I really want to go on and study the Japanese language.

I take it you haven't ordered anything online from overseas before. Dollars is just the default currency, and you can select a few others if you don't know the current exchange rates. As long as you can pay by one of their accepted payment methods, the currency is irrelevant. I think the only accepted methods are credit/debit card or PayPal, so if you're not old enough for one of these, try getting one of your parents to do it for you. If that's not an option either way, try sending them an e-mail, and they'll help you through it.

the bank will make the payment in dollars, and then they will use their exchange rates to convert those dollars to euro, and deduct that amount of euro from your account.

Hi!

The payment from Germany was very easy with a credit card. You only have to sign in and, as it was said before, they convert from dollar to euro automatically! I guess, it is the same with PayPal.
