The last part means "I said take one quickly!". It's using the imperative of　取る and the って here is used to show "(I) said(heard)" It could actually mean "I heard..." but that depends on context. But from that it is most likely "I said...". I use って like this all the time, mostly because it's quicker to say, but it still is considered casual speech.

Another verb it can infer is 思う, and very commonly it's used as a replacement for the phrase というのは. It's usually pretty easy to guess what the rest of the sentence would be from context. I think there was a thread about this before.

Sorry, I meant the というのは used for giving definitions/explanations, rather than the なぜかというと meaning. For example, "馬鹿というのは頭の悪い人ということだ".

As for って replacing と思う, I was referring to usages like いいアイディアって (思う) . I think it was covered in quite a bit of detail in the old thread, that's what I was hinting at.
