Konnichiwa! Minna san:

8) Well to say I am hungry you say お腹が空いた (onaka ga suita) but how to say I was hungry :shock: お腹が空く?(onaka ga suku?)

Good question!

I think it would be:

お腹が空いていました

I searched those words on Google and there were over 2 million hits, so that's probably a good sign that it's often used, although:

まだお腹が空いていました

...means "I'm still hungry" I think.

Space ALC gives the follow as "were/was hungry"

おなかがペコペコになったところで.

I do not want to attempt a breakdown of the grammar here because unfortunately I don't think I'll get it right as I've never heard this used before. A word of caution that this string only returned 22,000 hits so it doesn't seem to be used often.

I was hungry. = お腹が空いていた。

Another topic;
思い出した ( I remember it.) has both the present and past tense.
You have to infer the tense from other words or phrase.
