online dictionary, it's in there. If you click the [Ex] link next to the entry, it has a list of example sentences, which is what I use it for.
About「やばっ」, I'm pretty sure this is a pattern for slangy i-adjectives: you just take off the 「い」and cut it short (written「っ」). I'm not sure if it works with every one, but I've heard it a lot. You can slang it up further by corrupting certain endings, like「やべっ」.
Edit: if you were trying to look up 'chounoukou', 'chou' is a prefix meaning 'super' like Psy said, so remember to omit that when using the dictionary in future.
