Informal -- Beginner Lesson 89.

Postby Psy » February 13th, 2008 10:08 pm

I knew this day was coming, and after 89 lessons it's finally happened-- I've finally run into a snag:

At the end of lesson 89's informal track. the woman says something to the tune of 本当は・・(全員?)・・違うのよ。 I've tried searching every permutation of what would fit in the context and just can't seem to find a word that fits. I'm not a premium subscriber so I can't just look up the transcript...

... besides, this gives you guys something to do.

Yeah, she says 本当は全員違うのよ. Which seems to imply that none of the kids are really his, but that seems to contradict when she said あなたの遺伝子は悪かった unless maybe she didn't mean that. I don't know.

Ah, thank you. I'm still getting used to how ん is almost dropped in rapid speech.

I second that, Watermenさん!I've always had a sneaking suspicion that Psy is one of our teachers in diguise...
