Yamasa Institute (question for former students)

Hello, I am applying for the 2-year AIJP and was wondering if someone could answer a question I have about the application essay. I noticed it is divided into 4 sections but I'm confused about what kind of format Yamasa is looking for. A traditional essay format with an introduction and conclusion or do they just want me to fill-in a paragraph for each question.

Hi Jessi,
I haven't really found any email or phone numbers in my search. I guess I could try asking through a blog comment. I noticed a few people had blogged about their experiences while they were enrolled. I just wanted to put the question in forums just in case someone was browsing through. =)
